With the new 5G generation pushing frequencies even higher, the need for 'on-air' testing is increasing dramatically. EMC tents can provide cost-effective solutions for this purpose.
For standard-compliant acceptance measurements, certified test laboratories will still be necessary. However, shielded tents have proven effective in the EMC field for development-related measurements and are now being used for 5G applications as well.
