These materials, based on polymers or elastomers and filled with ceramics, are ideal for processing due to their excellent deformability under minimal pressure.

The thermal pastes can be easily applied to components with complex geometries and cure accordingly. Each paste is available in ready-to-use cartridges, eliminating the need for weighing, mixing, and degassing.
