Electronic components generate heat due to power dissipation. To prevent component overheating and damage from thermal buildup, as well as to control heat dissipation, thermal conductive foils are essential. These foils are designed for applications where solid thermal and electrical properties are required at a favorable cost.

These products are available either without adhesive or with an optional adhesive layer (PSA) for mounting. They can also come with polyamide or fiberglass reinforcement to protect the foil from tearing, cutting, or puncturing.
